West Coast Asset Management, Inc., a registered investment advisor, respects your privacy and vigilantly ensures that it is protected. We do not share any personal nonpublic information about you with any affiliates or non-affiliates except as permitted by law or with your specific consent. We maintain safeguards to store and secure information about you, allowing access only to individuals who require it for the performance of their duties.

· Information about your transactions with our affiliates, others, or us (trade confirmations, statements, etc.)
· Information we generate to service your account (periodic reports, trade tickets)

· WCAM has specific policies and procedures to ensure the safety of your personal information
· Co-workers are trained to maintain confidentiality of all client information
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as permitted by law. Consistent with applicable law, we may disclose nonpublic information about you to the following types of third parties:
· Regulatory authorities and law enforcement officials as required by law
· Service providers who assist us in providing advisory services to you, subject to agreements which prohibit these service providers from using or disclosing your information for any other purpose
CHANGING your personal information:
WCAM is committed to maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information. Please notify us whenever you change your address, financial data, or you have other changes that may affect management of your portfolio (such as changes to your investment policy statement). In addition, we recommend you review your statements periodically to ensure accuracy of information.

· WCAM’s current privacy statement (updated January, 2008) is available upon request
